General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between TFM Aviation (hereinafter "Company") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer").
2. Conclusion of contract The presentation of the services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By ordering the desired service, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
3. Prices and payment conditions All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made by bank transfer or other payment methods indicated on the website.
4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal The customer can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in good time.
5. Liability The company is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The company is only liable for minor negligence if a material contractual obligation is breached.
6. Data protection The customer's personal data will only be used to process the order and to communicate with the customer. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law.
7. Final provisions Any changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In order to conduct Language Proficiency Tests, the following documents must be submitted in advance:
1) Completed GDPR form, which will be sent by email after ordering
2) Copy of a passport or identity card.
If the customer does not want or cannot provide these documents - which are required by law for the conduct of these language tests - the test cannot be carried out
